This bed frame comes in three sections (read the features above). The foot and the head section of this bed frame have legs which you can easily screw in without any problem.The four inner leg though is designed such that they clamp the middle section and end section of this bed frame together.If you are going to assemble it upside down they you must do it in a room with plenty of space as you are going to flip it after assembling is complete.Most people do it this way.
But if you are going to assemble it right side up then again you need an extra helping hand to hold the sections up while you are working on the legs.
Even if you prop it against the wall you will need a helper to make sure that every part and section of this bed frame is perfectly aligned.And once it is done you need to swing it down gently without bending the legs against the floor.
So I guess its better (and easy) if at least two people are involved in assembling this bed frame.
